U.S. Jefferson nickel, Indian Peace Medal, cut coin pendant in a gold filled rope edge bezel with 14K gold layered rope chain.

This coin is the reverse side of the Jefferson nickel. There were two versions of the nickel in 2004. The other had a keelboat in full sail on the reverse side. Both were part of the Westward Journey series made to commemorate the Louisiana Purchase and the Lewis and Clark expedition.

Coin was only minted in the spring of 2004.

This pendant normally ships with an 18" chain but you can request a 24" chain at no extra charge. You can also purchase this pendant without a chain for a savings of $6.00. You can select your choice with the drop down box above.

Gorgeous handcrafted real world coin cut outs. First a small hole is drilled in the coin, then a very fine jewelers saw blade is inserted through the hole and worked around the coins design, cutting away the background. This leaves the coin figure floating inside its outer rim. The cut coin figure is now selectively layered in pure bright silver, then the figures of each are highlighted and brought to life with rich pure 24K gold.
